Consolidating these into a single source of truth was a daily challenge, especially when drivers needed clear, accurate manifests for their routine trips.
On top of that, financial management was difficult. The previous systems lacked the sophistication to generate invoices or reports on demand, making it hard to track revenue, reconcile data and maintain accurate records. Together, these challenges created inefficiencies that slowed down operations and limited Cityline’s ability to scale effectively.

The new system includes tools for building tours, charters and daily services, while also managing fleet and driver data with precision. It tracks service schedules, manages compliance and ensures drivers are looked after with regulated breaks and time management during trips.
We introduced an AI-powered booking gateway capable of automatically reading emails, PDFs and other sources, consolidating all bookings into daily manifests with no manual intervention. This eliminated human error, saved valuable time and gave drivers accurate, real-time schedules.
