Basic Monitoring: We will monitor server uptime, proactively addressing any issues that may arise. We will also check your website is live by pinging a URL at 15-minute intervals. If there is no response we will receive an alert and fix the problem.

Medium

A most suited for medium-sized websites that are vital for your business. You will pay for 10 hours upfront. We will offer 24 hours of service and any threat to service issues will be solved within an hour. Your website will be set up with Advanced Monitoring.

Advanced Monitoring: We will monitor server uptime and ping your site as per the Basic Monitoring service. Additionally, we will configure an automated script to run every 15 minutes which will mimic a visitor on your website; carrying out a designated user journey to ensure the website’s functionality is working.

Large

A most suited for mid to large-scale online platforms and websites. You will pay for 15 hours upfront. You get 24*7 coverage any threat to service issues will be solved within an hour. Your website will be set up with Advanced Monitoring.

Not sure which one

We've got you still covered with our Ad-hoc support plan. We dont allocate a fixed number of support hours, but we will calculate your usage and bill you for what you've used.

Your support hours are charged at 150.00 per/hour.
